How-to Use the Workout app on your Apple Watch?

    The Apple Watch is a great tool to train and follow its progress, but it is necessary to know how to use it correctly with the Workout !

    Start a workout

    To be able to follow your progress, it will be necessary to start with the beginning, ie to train you! Easy for some, more delicate for others, the way of progress is the same for all!

    The application is pre-configured for many exercises that you can select to calibrate it more precisely to do this:

    • Open the Exercise application
    • Select the exercise you want to follow
    • Then choose the goal you set (you can also do not set)
    • All you have to do is press " Start "
    You will then have access to a dashboard summarizing key information about your activity , among them the duration of your workout, the number of calories burned, the intensity of your heart beat , etc ..

    In addition, you will be notified via vibration when you have reached half of your goal . Finally, a table summarizing your activity will be proposed to you once you have put an end to your daily sport .

    Pause your workout

    You may need to pause your training for whatever reason, whether or not it is valid, to do this:

    • Open the Exercise application
    • Slide the screen to the right
    • Press Pause
    You will only have to do the same manipulation to resume your workout once your break is over.

    Lock your watch screen during your workout

    If you practice a sport generating contact , then it might be relevant to lock the screen of your watch so as not to stop your training by mistake.

    • Open the Exercise application
    • Slide the screen to the right
    • Press Lock
