Follow these steps to find your Apple ID.

Your Apple ID is the username you use to connect to all of your Apple services. If you have forgotten your Apple ID or are not sure you have one, you can do so in a variety of ways.

    Use another e-mail address

In most cases, your Apple ID matches your e-mail address. Try first to log in using any email address that may have been used as a login.

    Use your Apple ID
    1. Go to your Apple ID account page and click Apple ID or forgotten password.
    2. When you are prompted to enter your Apple ID, click Apple ID forgotten.
    3. Enter your first and last name and e-mail address. If you have not entered the correct e-mail address, you can try again by entering another one.

Check if you are already signed in with your Apple ID

You may already be connected to one of your Apple devices. Check which Apple ID you use to connect to the following services:

On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

    • Touch Settings> iTunes Store and App Store.
    • Touch Settings> iCloud.
    • Touch Settings> Messages> Send and Receive.
    • Touch Settings> FaceTime.
    • Touch Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    On your Mac or PC:

    • Choose Apple menu> System Preferences> iCloud.
    • Open Mail, and choose Mail> Preferences> Accounts.
    • Open Calendar, and then choose Calendar> Preferences> Accounts.
    • Open FaceTime, and choose FaceTime> Preferences> Settings.
    • Open Messaging, and choose Messages> Preferences> Accounts.
If you find your Apple ID but have forgotten your password, reset your password .

    View previous purchases in iTunes

If you have already made purchases in the iTunes Store, you can view the account used during the transaction.

If the Apple ID has subsequently changed, the one specified in the file information can no longer be used.

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Click on one of your purchases. These can be found in My Music or Playlists.
    3. Choose Edit> Read Information.
    4. Click the File tab.
    5. The Apple ID used at the time of purchase is shown in parentheses, next to "purchased by".
If you find your Apple ID but have forgotten your password, reset your password .

If you then want to change your Apple ID , it is advisable to update it in Settings, for all of your Apple apps and services .

Remember that you only need one Apple ID. Indeed, the use of several identifiers is likely to complicate the process of accessing your purchases or Apple services.

FaceTime is not available in some countries or regions.
