Many people struggle to clear space on their Mac so here I will show you how to get rid of the iTunes old library backups. The more recent versions of iTunes create backups of your iTunes Library, whenever you update the application (which, to me, feels like every day). You can trash these old iTunes Library backups by: Opening a Finder window. Clicking “Go” in the menu bar at the top-left of your screen. Selecting “Go to Folder” Entering ~/Music/iTunes/Previous iTunes Libraries They’re all dated, just delete the old ones you don’t need anymore. You should gain a solid 200 MB of space but it all depends on how much music you have.
