Let's share some of the cases we're using on the X. I got the Caudabe Lucid clear. Really really good case. Crystal clear, very minimal but with a quality feel. Been using Caudabe for a few years...you can't go wrong with their quality and customer support.

I have a tech21 tactic i think it is. Have been using tech 21 for a couple of years now and have found they last the test of time and also give pretty good drop protection too.

I don't have an iPhone X but I'm using a Tech21 which I bought from Apple with the phone. It something like the picture. Amazing quality and nice grip. They do a couple for iPhone X as well. Check the best case brands for iPhone X as well.

Just got the Ringke Air Clear and Spigen Air. Both very good TPU based cases. This means that they will yellow over time but not a big deal for $10 cases. I just throw away when they yellow--usually 4 months or so. They both offer great protection and clarity. And they're "grippy" as well.
