ok ive searched but with no results. ive tried the ipodtouchmaster way of the jailbreak with the same BSD error everytime. So im thinking of doing the Ziphone way but i wanna know is it a hard jailbreak?

ziphone is really easy to jailbreak at least for a iPhone, it takes 3 at the max to finish

Yes, and please use the newest version 2.6b so you don't have to come back and ask about other issues that have been dealt with over and over again.

Just download the latest verison, restore to 1.1.4 and press the ipod touch button next to jailbreak in the application. Bam, done.

Absolutely. Don't even mess with ITMs method anymore. It really is a patched Ziphone anyway. Its pretty much obsolete at this point.
