When I tried to Jailbreak with ZiPhone it crashed and now my iPod Touch is only showing terminal code and I can not get it back to even try and restore it.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Restore?!

How? I can't seem to find any way to get my touch to be seen by iTunes or my mac. All I get now is: "BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0" repeating over and over on the ipods screen.

any ideas on how to restore it would be much appreciated!

Update: and this is just in case of any other Mac users get hosed by this...

    1) plug in your to mac
    2) Power down the touch by holding down the power and home keys at the same time
    3) launch iTunes
    4) hole the Power and home key down at the same time again and itunes will then reconize that it needs to be restored to Factory setting.

    Hope this helps

You screwed yourself when you failed to read that it doesn't work and that they are working on one for the iPod.

Wow. You screwed yourself with your hand.

How come every time you pop out of your hole, you have to flame your ass off?
    Last time it was bman555.
Grow some balls, cause I bet you're to afraid to try this because you might have to restore. Cry me a river. Baby.

Ok kids... Lets straighten things up. ZiPhone is great at jailbreaking 8 gig iPods. But, ZiPhone doesn't USUALLY work on 16 gig iPods. Zibree is not working on ZiTouch yet, zibree fist needs to buy a touch. I'm running an 8 gig iPod touch jailbreaked with ZiPhone.

A Cattle Prod like device with a Zune attached at the end designed to install Windows Mobile 6 on your device. Now you will only have SINGLE touch capability and Very VERY slow everything.

Oh and I forgot to mention. It won't let you restore
