Thank you, this worked very well. However, I do not have root access on MobileFinder. The highest files I can view are Library and Media. Is there any way to fix this.

    Thank you.

I'm having a similar problem with my iphoinebrowser. When my iPod is connected to the computer the only folders that appear are:

    +root
    +dcim
    +itunes control
    - artwork
    - music
    - itunes

I'm trying to get summerboard to work but I can't locate the var/root/library/SummerBoard/Themes folder. Is there an FTP thru USB program that I can use to type command prompts like Putty?

Thanks for this fix. Its really helped me a lot.

You won't be able to type commands (just like in terminal) if your ipod is connected through the usb. You can only type commands over a wireless connection as the commands can't be transfered by the usb cable.

i tried doing this and now t-pot doesnt show anything and iTunes won't connect to my ipod. It says an unknown error occured... what happened? can someone please upload their services.plist? i tried deleting the lines that i added but it didnt fix the problem

EDIT: nevermind.. tried using the source fireonfive to fix the problem and it did. thats probably the last time i mess around with files native to the firmware manually... i was really afraid id have to restore

Thanks for all your hard work, this fix worked great.

On a similar note, but slightly off topic... I have no idea where anything goes. What folders I should put videos in or where music and pictures go.

I'm not looking for anyone to take the time to spell it out for me, but if someone could direct me to a basic tutorial or guide that would be great. I've been searching around for one, and I assume I'm using the incorrect terms in my search.

    Thanks in advance.

[EDIT] - Using Firmware 1.1.4 & Jailbroken with Ziphone...hope that's all the pertinent information.
