zip - ipa?

    is there a way to edit the contents of an app and then zip it and change the extension to .ipa and have itunes accept it?

    I believe that is possible.

    yeah. i know you can change ipa to zip edit something then change it back without any problems

    just open up winrar, and drag the .ipa file in, and u can view all the files[:

    I changed the icon of some app, and itunes wouldnt sync it.
    It doesnt work.

    it doesn't work so far. i have unzipped a file, and zipped the same files back up without changing anything, and it still doesn't work

    ive got it to sync monkey ball by changing to [insert any name here].app
    it will sync to ipod and appear as an icon but when i try 2 open it crashes
