Recently I've been having this problem with YouTube, (I've had it in the past but it quickly subsided while this didn't) where the video will buffer like normal, at a fast rate when the page first loads, but then at some point throughout the video, usually within the first 60 seconds, it will just stop buffering. Once the video reaches to where it stopped buffering, it just sits stagnant. This is really pissing me off as I can't finish a video without having to refresh the page 5 or 6 times, and if anyone knows any way to fix this, please tell me. One other thing, I've tried clearing my cache, history, and I even tried using another browser. I'm using Chrome btw.
I've been having this problem for the past 2 days now. Im using Chrome. It works normally with the YouTube app for Android though.
I've been experiencing similar issues, I'm thinking that someone's stealing all the internets. This needs to be solved.
like apple954 said, youtube has crap servers. one day you're streaming at the speed of light and the next u buffer for an hour before you finish a 10 minute video
