I hacked my 1.1.4 16 gb ipod touch and the youtube.app stopped working. It gives me an "Cannot Connect to YouTube' Message. I already installed the youtube fix in installer but it doesn't help.

Get Big Boss's experimental/beta apps source, then try installing "YouTube activation" under the "Unlocking Tools" category.

Yeah it still doesn't work. Is there a way I could do it manually?

Try plugging in your iPod to your computer, and syncing it with iTunes.
