    The title says it all...
I took my iPod one day and a big crack under the screen apeared, causing a ton of dead pixel >_> The screen is still responding to the touch, but it's kind of annoying...
You think that I could get a repair from apple store? I dont know if I did the damage though...

It can't hurt to try, but they will most likely say no. We fix this for $70 if you are interested. That includes return shipping. Let me know if I can help!

restore it to original firmware and throw some song on it to make it look legit, then take it back and yes they should replace it

No...the warrenty covers "accidental damage" only eg. If it was a fault with the iPod itself not if you broke it by accident

    What?
Accidental damage is damage you do accidentally. Not a fault with the iPod.
    Apple should replace this.

Ha ha I thought the same till I dropped my first iPod in the bath and read the warrenty I thought it meant if I broke it by accident but turns out it means if apple's product is faulty by accident or somethin

Accidental damage is if you step on it, run it over, drop it down the disposal etc. The warranty covers product flaws like the headphone jack not working, or the home button falling of.
Water damage (what happened to you) is not under the warranty.
