You know...you can cancel a contract without fees

    You know...you can get out of a contract without fees

    There are some pretty easy ways to cancel a contract without cancellation fees. I have done it before when I wanted to switch from AT&T to Verizon(for bad reception purposes). Personally I wouldn't do this just for the sake of canceling a contract, but for some of you that don't want to have a 3g contract and feel ok about a little dishonest work, I think this could be helpful

    *You can call in an tell them bs like you hardly have coverage in your house and stuff...Now this was hard for me what I eventually ended up doing was going into their store and threatening to stand outside with Anti-AT&t posters....... Also I have heard (from a friend that worked at AT&T) that they will give you about anything if you call in and say you are going to contact your lawyer because........(think of some complaint that could be solved by not being with AT&T)

    *Or sign up and dont pay your bill.....they will shut off your service and if you already aren't paying your bill they can't bill you a cancellation fee because they cancelled it. And legally you would be doing nothing wrong because you don't pay your bill-they don't give you service.

    I know ...I'm afraid but what are they going to do if you dont pay your bill...just shut it off, they havn't done anything else in the past

    if u dont pay ur bill they are probs going to call a collection agency and they will cut ur service

    They want call a collection agency they only do that for like bounced checks at retailers, or serious debt problems
