    exactly why i brought it up... it seems like an unnecessary thing to say to iPhone owners who don't know what a blob is and screw them into restoring to the only thing they can restore too.. i plan to do this later on so i will actually be waiting to see if restoring is part of the equation -_-

    I hate talking with stupid people. What 24 hour chat is mentioned? I went to the link and signed in and asked the guy and he said sorry were closed we can't help you. I was like wtf your obviously talking to me now!

    They're like OMG its finally quitting time ( a minute after you start talking to them)
    Besides that, theres several options at who to talk to on the link given: International, Billing & Payments, Tech Support, Warranty, Data lol I'm guessing Billing & payment of Tech SUpport
