    DO NOT USE MAGICPAD

    For whatever reason, it completely killed my iPod, as soon as I opened it, all my other 3rd party apps refused to open. I was forced to restore. And no, this isn't my fault since the jailbreak was not released yet.

    Thats quite impossible, Since it breaks the whole "Apps live in their own sandbox" apple set up with the sdk.

    I had this problem, you just uninstall all the apps through iTunes then re-install them, didn't have to waste restore time. Sorry.

    I just used Magicpad and it works fine. Your iPod may have just froze all of a sudden..
