It's going to be the real thing, no one bothers to fake JVC products. However, you won't get warranty, and that's what I'm worried about. Purchase from an official retailer to ensure you get warranty. I've read a few good things about this bass-heavy IEM, but haven't heard them myself.

EDIT: you can get it Amazon direct (purchase from Amazon.com LLC), that should give you warranty.

Thanks, but I was referring to the reviews were legit. I'll go ahead and buy them due to the bass

Misread the post sorry. All the reviews will be written by a person that isn't affiliated with Amazon or JVC (unless otherwise noted). However, all reviews hold some sort of bias, some are larger than others. Be weary of overly positive reviews as well as overly negative. Many will give a 1 star because they broke on them. Others will give 5 stars because they can blast it at full volume, etc. Read the actual review, find the bias in it.

My friend had these, tried them. The bass is a killer, but it does not have the range Beats gives. Perfect for Bass lovers, but personally, you need the whole range in order to appreciate the music fully.
