I remember i got one of those for my 2nd or 3rd birthday. I was sooooo addicted to this Mario Pinball game and this epic Spiderman game.
I used to LIVE for Nintendo Gameboy SP nintendo DS-original silver that was all thick GAMECUBE Wii, untill I got my 360
I hate all of them. Sony: It's Sony. The PS3 software sucks. Xbox: I never liked it from the get go. Nintendo: How many Mario games are you going to make?
PS3 ALL THE WAY! I LOVE WARHAWK!!! (BEST GAME EVER, STILL IS AWESOME!!!) But PC gaming is also awesome. Still, Warhawk is by far my favorite game. Got over 300 hours in that game and still can play it 24/7 (if i could, PS3 broke). But looking at the cons of Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo, here they are (IMO): 1. Sony: Not very good software (it works), got hacked (though that could had happened to any company) 2. Microsoft: Xbox failure rate was huge, RROD was a massive issue. Also, overpriced hardware; the Apple of gaming in terms of price and limiting you 3. Nintendo: LOVE and DISLIKE them. Their old games like Mario, Zelda series, etc are GREAATTTTTT - but they're not for the hardcore gamers. They're FUN and that's it.
I agree with a lot of things. I love gaming on my desktop, as far as graphics go, but I love nearly every PS3-exclusive game. Sony may have been hacked, overpriced their hardware at first, and lost this generation to the Wii and the XBox, but their exclusive titles are just, frankly, two or three notches above anything any other platform has (the indie market for the PC that thrives on Steam comes close(ish) though). So I do love Sony. I love what MS is doing for the XBox with the media center capabilities, but the games just aren't what I want. And Nintendo? Meh… I'll let them die as Apple/Google/Microsoft/Sony eat their family-gaming lunch. Sorry, but I feel no love towards those guys.
PS2 and PS3 both have the best exclusives IMO. Sure, Xbox has Gears of War, Halo, etc, but they're so "generic" to me. They don't feel "Exclusive" - they feel like other games; same concept, different sprites. Microsoft is going towards a more "media" world with the Xbox, while Sony seems to be focusing on doing what matters: Making great games. Apple is banking on the mobile gaming market/casual games like Doodle Jump. Fun and simple - mhm.
