I'm looking for a gaming headset for Xbox for around 20-30 dollars. If you guys could point me to a decent quality headset, that would be great. :)

Those look really nice. But have you heard anything about the X11's? I'm considering those.

I went for the standard Microsoft ones, it was all I needed. I could hear everything though my TV + headset. $20

My first pair snapped. And the replacement pair's mic stopped working. Looking for a nice upgrade :D

Iv'ed had my X11 headset for almost a year now and I have to say that its a bowl of awesome.I haven't had anything break off of it and its very comfy. My only complaint is that it has a SUPER long cord but that's understandable.

Also I have my X11 paired up with the Earforce DSS 7.1 (old gen not new gen) and it makes it sound probably 10x better. If you haven't experienced surround sound this is a blast in your ears.It adds tons of bass and other nice things as well. You'll notice a complete difference with one of those.

Now they have a new Earforce DSS that was released a few months ago but its not 7.1 surround sound. From what I have read its more like 4.1 or something like that. Also its cheaper and it doesn't have the awesomeness the 1st gen had.

If you were ever going to consider getting the original DSS you're probably out of luck on new ones unless you buy a used one on ebay.

The price for the originals in NEW is like $120+ while the crappier new one is like $70 which I wouldn't buy.

But anyways back to the X11's.They're good. Now they have a new model and its the X12 and its supposed to be good as well. You'd probably want to go for the new X12 rather than the X11's.

I highly recommend them though :p.I'm highly into music and gaming and I can vow that they sound amazing on music and gaming is intense. If you want to maximize this headset though I recommend getting the Earforce DSS.The older version not the new one.

    Mine lasted 4 months.

Anyways, i have some X11's, they're nice, but since I've moved to PC I want to get something not so annoying ( mine has some weird issues)

Thanks. Looks like the X11's are only 35$ so I'll try them out. :)
