nothing, my settings app wasnt showing up in any launchers or anything, so i got rid of my custom settings and went back to stock. then i got multiple swod's over each other when i tried to respring, and so i hard reset.

    now more swod's

and i got sum1 else's because i thot mine might be corrupt, and chmodded everything to 755, but no help.

Try either a - renaming the /Applications folder to Applications2 or something, waiting till it boots up (it should) then renaming it back. Some people say it works , it worked for me once.
Or try finding the mobilewatchdog.bundle (sorry forget where it is , I think System/PrivateFrameworks not sure though) and renaming that to something like mobilewatchdog2 then do the same thing you did with the other one.
Reboot , then rename it back.
It might work , I dunno.

I get this after a restore, and in iTunes it will say syncing applications and the bar will still be moving. Although on my iPod it looks frozen, with the circle spinning for a bit, then freezes white. But in iTunes once the progress bar is done, it starts up normally. Bad description.
Anyways, wait a while and see what happens (If it's syncing with iTunes that is).
