    Hi guys,
Some of you may have seen my thread where I said that my friend wanted an Android phone, and in the end, I recommended the Nexus S to him. Well, he ended up buying a Samsung Galaxy S Infuse 4G, and it came in the mail today. Let's just say, it is amazing. At first, I picked it up, and said to him, "Um, I think you got ripped off." He asked why. I told him, "It's too light, it can't possibly have a battery in it." So we popped the back off, and indeed, there was a battery. So anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that because I've been too immersed in Apple products, I was completely blind to how great some other Android phones are. Does anyone else have this feeling?

EDIT: Haha, you can see the tip of my iPad 2 in the picture.

I came from Android to iPhone and am still loving my iPhone six months down the line. My Android phone wasn't too great which may have put me off as it felt sluggish at times, but I could see myself getting an Android sometime in the future, but it still feels like it is in development and not a complete product, like iOS.

iOS just feels solid to me and can be greatly enhanced by jailbreak while it still feels so robust. I do like Android, but it just feels buggy and slow, I plan to get the iPhone 5 when it's released and stick with iOS for now.

Same here. While Android phones do look flashy and shiny and big, iOS is a solid, reliable operating system that doesn't let me down, and that's what I care about.

Yes, I now understand and commend your admiration for technological excellence. Though I still do prefer iOS. XD

I can actually see your preference. Metro UI is f*cking beautiful. Simple and elegant. Though as it stands, I'd never switch because of WP7's lack of developer support. The apps just suck.

I've been impressed by Android phones before too. When I was too stubborn to try anything else. I think it's the screens that get me.

The screens really are awesome, but the Super AMOLED+ Displays, I don't know. I used the Galaxy Nexus to test out the screen. They feel easier on the eyes, but it has an annoying greenish tint to it. I used the HTC Rezound's Super-LCD 720p Display and I liked it a lot better. Not to say that SAMOLED+ is bad (because it looked decent on the Galaxy S II), but the variation is just so annoying. Huawei uses a SAMOLED+ Display as well and it actually looks nice, best SAMOLED I've seen.
