Got them today! Packaging is excellent as you expect from Apple...but the biggest surpise ever...they actually sound damn good!, not what you expect from Apple.

You probably think I am saying this because I use the stock iBuds...I don't, I run this comparison between the Apple earphones, and Sennheiser CX 500.

Apple in ears sound better to me, although with less bass, they're excellent, white and the remote is dead handy. I was really worried they'd sound cack after reading all the reviews but I'm really suprised.

The fit is a lot nicer as well!

    Grab 'em!

Then your ears suit balanced armature drivers

I tend to prefer dynamic over balanced armature drivers usually.

You really should try and test a pair...

I'm not even sure if Apple allow you to return IEMs back to the store. :/ On the US website, it says something about that you can try and return them but there's nothing on the UK website. And in the store they say because of "Hygiene reasons" you cannot. We'll see I guess.

Yes, indeed, I find that weird that the USA Store has that advantage over the UK one.

I bought them blind from eBay - got them for £32 + £5.50 Next Day Delivery. Very happy

Case is fantastic too. The whole package just oozes Apple style.

Finally, maybe Apple have made some decent earbuds?

There old earbuds just sucked. I remember replacing them like every week.

Lucky. I've been eyeing a pair on Ebay. I'm not very happy with the build quality of the NuForce NE-7m's. I've had to return two pairs already.

The Apple buds seem pretty solid.

I had the Apple IEM's. Returned them just fine. They didn't complain whatsoever. The sound wasn't very good at all though. Terrible bass response. I settled with the regular Apple buds. Even those have better sound.

I got that first, until I pushed them in my ears that little more and there the bass came!
