me too. its really unnecessary. i pay for apps to support the developers. and i dont use themes, and i dont need any of the bs apps offered in cydia so i dont jailbreak. and you gotta rejailbreak everytime theres an update. so screw it!

omg, yall are lame, jailbreaking is the best, and always will be the best, no matter what Apple does, and you know what sucks, some punk ass at my school broke into my locker and stole my 3g and my wallet, luckily, i am getting another one cause my dad sees how it wasn't my fault, THe thieve broke my lock and got in it.

If they allowed it, it would probably be expensive as hell. I would still jailbreak.

I was able to get Netshare before it got pulled and have no need to impress little girls with cool themes so what's the point. Back in the day I made themes, carrier icons, and all that good stuff for people but now there isn't really anything exciting about jailbreaking. At least it a lot easier to help people with the jailbreak than back in the day. I think I must have helped with hundreds of jailbreaks using that guide I wrote and those darn symlinks. Those were the days!

Lol jpga, amen. I miss the 1.1.4 days too, I remember when I got my iPod Touch, and went home and jailbroke it. Downloading apps, getting the error for taking up too much space from not using Bossprefs and restoring countless times, (Hell, lets just say getting countless Installer errors.) I miss 1.1.4, it was like... Awesome! Man, being a noob has never been better then before

Wait, so is it bad to update the fw with your ipod jailbroken? i heard somebody say you gotta jailbreak every time there is an update... I try not to be a nub but sometimes the nubuloid slips out.
