I just sent back my original iPod touch 2G and when I got it back I noticed a little dent on the chrome. Not on the back, but I little dent on the front, close to the screen. I dont think its a big deal, but Im afraid that might mean that the screen was put in roughly or something. And I already sent back my iPod so this will be my third if I send it back

When you buy a new iPod touch, it has to be perfect.

When I send something in without any dents then I expect it to come back that way, not in worse condition.

    So yes, send it back.

What was the first two reasons it was sent back ? Is this your 3rd unit ? or just the same unit back from repairs each time ?

Anyway, The unit should have been returned to you in the same condition it was sent out in. If it was not there pre-repair, you have the right to take it back and question why it now has this dent.

Dont let them BS you in saying it must have been there... Make your case.

Always remember... The squeaky wheel always gets the grease!
