Would using the iPhoDroid for iPhone 3g work on my iPod 2g?

    You didn't get a very specific answer. Good job mitchell209 and iCrap.

    It cannot be done, because the hardware and basic firmwares of the iPhone are quite different from that of the iPod touch. While same generation devices (iPhone 2G and iPod touch 1G, iPhone 3G and iPod touch MB models, etc) are similar, they are not the same. It could, and most likely will, brick your device.
