I have been using an incase for quite some time, and i have noticed that there are streak marks on the back of the device. Could this potentially lower the value of the iPhone.. If i ever decided to sell it, i would unlock the device, wait till the unlock is patched, then sell... (i have AT&T(

Just a bit. But you might be able to clean them.

first of all, what is an incase? ive been using an INCIPIO case ( plain black silicon case) and it made those weird white marks on the front of the ipod. now i have a hurley hard shell case and the marks were gone. you should wait a while with the case off to see if the marks come off

To answer your question directly: Yes, it will lower it about 1 dollar, unless they come off. Show us some pics so I can see.

    Use like a makeup wipe/towel.

Off topic: when I sold my 1st gen I had a really scratched up back and smudged and my mom saw me wiping it with a soaking towel (I wasn't that smart

Just go buy iPhone 4 off eBay.

I got my USED iphone 3gs MINT CONDITION black 8GB, for $285.

Plus it still has 2 years warranty.
