Would My iPod...

    Would My iPod connet to my HDTV that has a usb port on it so then I could Watch my movies?

    no. it wont work, because your ipod doesnt have a disk mode, which means your tv cant read the media thats stored on the ipod, which means your tv cant play it if it cant find it. just like you cant see the media on your ipod when you plug it into your PC, its the same thing.

    if you have an older iPod though that has disk mode it may work.

    you can try with the iphonedrive programm that works with the ipod touch too. But with the upgrade of 1.1.2 you`ll have to wait for a new version os the programm....

    I wonder why you can't drive video through the USB port? I believe you need the dock and a cable to connect to a TV but that seems to indicate that the Touch is pushing video through the USB port. If the TV could take a video feed from the USB port it might work. I suspect that the real issue is that the TV is not expecting video on the USB port, only data like pictures files.
