Would Apple replace my iPod for this?

    My battery life is very poor and it lasts for around an hour when Im doing nothing on it. Plus my iPod takes around 5 min to boot up. Can I say there is a hardware problem? Normal iPods dont do this..

    They should replace it under warranty if a restore doesn't solve the problem

    Unless your jailbroken, try unjailbreaking first, and restoring, make sure your on official firmware when you take to the apple store.
