Workout thread!

    Since the original thread was in a section that got closed meaning you couldn't post on it I thought I'd start a new one!

    Post what your daily/weekly workout is and what muscles you are building by it. I'll start:

    Building: Abdominals
    Trying to acheive: Six pack (not suprising)

    Nightly routine:

    20 Cycles
    20 Knee ups
    20 Leg raises

    10 second break

    20 reverse crunches
    20 leg on couch crunches
    20 straight leg ab twists

    10 second break

    20 cross crunches
    20 reach and touch (you need a sofa)
    20 cross leg reverse crunch

    10 second break

    20 weighted ab crunch on a ball
    20 russian ab twists
    20 sit ups


    And then I repeat another 2 times



    So what do you do to work out?

    I just run two miles every morning.

    I just do dips. It works out your arms, endurance, shoulders, back, and chest (depending on how you do them).

    I don't exercise except for an hour at school every day since that's enough, really.
    15 mins of running around football field
    Jumping hurdles
    Relay races
    10 mins of stretching
    And some other stuff.

    Nice, I've started doing 1 hour on a cross trainer also to speed up the ab toning haha

    I tend to prefer jazz-ercising.

    Because that's how I roll.




    lol, nah. I just do a ton of different things, depending on my mood. Usually using the bowflex. The Apple of excercising products.

    Have weightlifting everyday at school.
    Monday-Arms and Chest/Core
    Tuesday-Lower Body
    Wednesday-Back and Shoulders/Core
    Thursday-Running/Stretching
    Friday-Free Lift so I alternate every other week between a heavy 7 set by 2-3 rep Bench/Squat
