    Preferably R&B, Hip-Hop, Rap..

What are some good cardio, strength, and relaxing workout music I can use? I'm trying to build a playlist for when I join Costco's 24 Hour Fitness Deal ( Limited Online Offer ).

You're cool. But in all seriousness no one has a good workout playlist?

I'll second that, I work out maybe twice a week to whatever is on my iPod. Usually upbeat stuff, Ozma, Lagwagon, Dragonforce, Killswitch Engage, Stronger by Kanye West. But I say the same thing about not eating. One full meal a day is usually what I sneak in.
