For the people who doen't work the original method posted here:

    http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140788

First you have to do the following:

Go to your inbox in Windows Live Hotmail.
Under your name (top, right) clic on the arrow.
Now, view your account (or similar, I've mine in spanish).
    Log in (like always)
Then, "Information Registry" (again, something like that).

Now you have to change to some country that Hotmail has enable pop3.
I used the following (from another forum) and worked.
I recommend to use the same.

    Country: Spain
    Address: Gran de Gracia, 7
    ZIP Code: 08012
    State: Barcelona

Then clic save, and now sync your Mails and works!!!

Anyway, I've to say that I've been using mBox Mail (from AppStore) for a few month and I thought that Mail.app would be better, but now I found that not.

That's because with Mail there is no "sync" between your iPod/iPhone and Hotamil. You haven't your Windows Live Contacts, and if you read something in Mail, continues unread in Windows Live, etc etc.

So, I strongly recommend mBox Mail.
You have to paid (or not, maybe), but it's better.

    Hope it help.

Well, I'm on the internet at school, and we have like IE6 or something like that. Old as balls, so it's not letting me logon to hotmail. I'll try this when I get home. But very nice loop-hole!

    Cannot Work

Hi, I live in Singapore. I tried the same address as you had posted in my e-mail.

On my ipodTouch, I tried accessing it, but it pops up "Cannot get Mail.
The user name or password for "pop3.live.com" is incorrect".

    Anyone can help me out?
