I remember seeing something a while ago saying transfering music wirelessly was possible but I can't find it again. Is there a way, and if so then how? I know this would take a while though. But my laptop won't let me connect anything to it via USB for some reason I can't figure out. It says USB device is not recognized and if tried everything to fix it. So now I have no way of getting my music on unless I do it wirelessly

It's called MNPlight, it adds the mp3's to your iPod's database, the one problem with it is it doesn't show track times, but you can still fast forward and rewind.

    Here's the link:

if the USB ports on your laptop are damaged, check to see if any metal pieces (the top of gum wrappers etc.) are in any of the ports. If you are creating a short with a piece of metal, blow it out, restarts your computer and you should be all set.

If that doesn't work try to uninstall the USB Host. This should be a last resort because some internal components inside laptops rely on the USB Host...

Apple changes the filenames of the songs to play on the iPod. If you just drag and drop an mp3 in there it won't recognize it. The one thing I dislike about the iPod.
