so i have an ipod touch, what i want is to connect my touch to my laptop (using adhoc) which is connected to a wireless internet. i know i can directly connect my touch to the wireless internet but connecting to a laptop first has a faster speed.

i dont know why, but i think my wireless router and my touch aren't compatible that's why i want to connect my touch to my laptop to share some internet..

Get PDAnet off of Cydia and then you can tether your iPod through usb or adhoc.

I found this great free app yesterday. Only works on Windows 7 though

    Code:
    http://connectify.me
It turns your laptop into a wireless router and you can then connect your iPod touych to it.
