some wireless haedphones have a reciever that you plug into the ipod, but there normaly quite bulky, tbh i think its stupid that the ipod doesnt have bluetooth and that the bluetooth in the iphone is so limited

I would recommend one of the creative wireless headphones such as the SE2300 and others... but I really don't recommend their customer support. It's just horrible.
There also Motorola bluetooth headphones that are pretty good.

I pair a very comfortable and decent sounding Insignia bluetooth headphones with a Sony bluetooth adapter. Both can be had at Best Buy.
