    Hey guys:

    1) Not gonna lie, I didn't search too hard for this issue in the forums. Hopefully there are some people who won't yell at me for that.

    2) So, the issue. My iPod touch 2g 8gb can't connect to my wireless network. My brother has an iPod 1g 16gb that has no problem connecting. I checked settings - DHCP and HTTP Proxy on Auto. Nothing. I'm not a tech expert, so I just know those two two settings need to be correct - which they are.

Do you have any idea what the issue may be? I'm guessing that it may be the wireless router not assigning an IP address for some reason?

    Thanks

    Download the iPhone Configuration Utility.

Create a configuration profile with your Wi-Fi settings, and then export it.
E-mail it to yourself as an attachment, then open it through your iPods e-mail app.

Install the configuration profile, and wait a minute.
    It should automatically connect.
