    Looks okay, I'm not too crazy about how there's no bored on the bottom of the icons though.

    The lack of a stroke along the bottom edge makes the icons appear unfinished. Otherwise, it's not bad.

    I like the WinterBoard icon, and Weather is ok, kind of bland but not horrible.

    It seems like you tried to jam too much into the Phone icon. It's too small an icon to try and fit that much into. Maybe simplify it a bit.

    Same with the wheel on the iPod icon. The next/previous/play/menu buttons just look like gray smudges in an area that small.

    Overall, I like it. Keep working and improving.

    It seems like you used the "Paint Bucket" feature to fill in the iPod icon. Try adding a gradiant or something to it.
