I would like to know if Winterboard is compatible with iOS4.1, and if it works.

Otherwise, how can you apply themes to 4.1?

And finally, I can't find the themes folder usually located at private/var/stash/themes.xxx
Is this normal (because of 4.1) or am i missing something?

    Thank you

Yes, it is fully compatible on 4.1, I am currently using it. The easiest way to apply themes would be to download them off Cydia and then go into Winterboard and then just apply the theme and respring. I don't know where the themes are located, but I can see my themes on 4.1 with iFunBox... Maybe you are looking in the wrong folder.

WinterBoard has to be installed in order for you to see the themes folder. Install it! It's really nice! There really is not too much hassle. Just make sure what you are installing is 4.0 compatible or else it won't work.

Like I installed clear lockscreen from Cydia. I accidentally installed the old version instead one that was 4.x compatible
    Have fun!

Mobile Terminal does work on iOS4.1. The version that is on the "built in" respositories on Cydia dosen't have the iOS4 version, but you can add onther source that has it (google it). Or go to the Mobile Terminal google code webpage and grab the app and manually install it with iFunBox or just use iPhoneExplorer and put it in the app folder on your device.

The official one in Cydia? No. You have to go grab a beta version from another source which I cannot provide because of the rules.
