my thoughts exactly heres what you do...

turn on your jailbroken iPod, open Cydia press search and type winterboard.. you should get a lot of themes and stuff but if you scroll down to w you will find winterboard

    New Question:

How do you install .deb files?

I can use a program if I need to extract it somehow or something. I tried just placing it in an app folder but it doesnt work. the .deb is in the ipod, but restarting the ipod doesnt do anything.

How do I install the .deb? What do I have to do?

"just place the deb file in any folder or directory in your iphone. I used WinScp and connected to my phone, went to the folder that contained the file and opened up terminal command window and then executed the command dpkg -i MyProgram.deb. You can delete the deb file after u installed.
The program will show up as installed in cydia."

what is a terminal command? how do I open it up? Is it only in WinCP? I use a USB connection to the iPod, since I dont have WiFi.
