I just jailbroke with firmware 2.0.1 via Winpwn, installed Winterboard v. 0.9.2520-1, downloaded 2 themes. Then I rebooted, applyed a theme, respring and then IT SHOWS UP AS THE DEFAULT THEME. I have tried all the themes that are with Winterboard and the 2 other ones I downloaded, no luck. I have also reinstalled and removed, installed. does anybody know why this problem is happening?

    Solution:

There has been a update to Winterboard to fix this problem

Reinstall it and reboot before applying a theme.

check permission on /library/themes also check to make sure you reboot your device after a quick re installation

this is also happening to me, I've tried reinstalling and then immediately rebooting, but the themes still don't change when I "check" them.

I have removed winterboard and rebooted, then installed it again and immediately rebooted and still themes don't change. I am running 2.0.1 on a fresh install of 0.9.2520-1 of winterboard. The old winterboard version worked fine for me on 2.0 before I updated.

i think 2.0.1 has a problem with winterboard.
best course of action i would say is to wait until an update comes out for winterboard which will probably correct the bug.
