I need help with winterboard. When I select user wallpaper and then respring the background stays the same. Then I went into SSH and put in my own Theme at private/var/stash/themes and I put in the background I wanted, changed it to Wallpaper.jpg and still nothing happened, the wallpaper stayed black.

try making a folder (name it what ever you want) then put the Wallpaper.png in that and enable that in winterboard

Make sure it's in a folder in stash/Themes.
Go into Winterboard and de-select User Wallpaper, then respring.
