Okay, WinSCP was working fine until I restored yesterday. I rejailbroke and installed OpenSSH. I did change the default password(alpine). I put in my iPods IP address(Wifi), "root" for username, "alpine" and "(other password)" for password. I changed the password via Mobile Terminal. I changed it back to "alpine". No luck

Did you put in your iPods IP address, or did you use the one that you saved in WinSCP?

If you just saved your iPod's IP address in WinSCP, click "Edit" and make sure it's the same as your iPod's current one. Mine ended in .100 yesterday, and when I turned Wifi off for a bit, then back on and tried to SSH earlier today, it wouldn't work because it now ended in .103.

This may seem stupid, but also remember to not let your iPod go to sleep.

Just use iPhone folders if your on PC. It allows you to SSH over USB. If you are on 3.1.2, you need a package from cydia called afc2add. This allows the program to read the root partition.
