winscp problems

    i have jailbroken my ipod touch yesterday and have alot of apps on it.... i have been able to log onto the winscp into this ipod previously to add nes roms. but now i want to go on to double check the 755 thing because i cant even listen to music anymore after like 10 seconds the music player crashes and just goes to home.. any help? i know the ip. it says "server unexpectedly closed network connection"...
    oh also i have ssh ON on services. and in installer app it wont let me download openssh.. when the bar is halfway on installing the installer app crashes.

    Try Different Programs Like WinSCP google it

    what are some other programs besides winscp for windows????

    the same prblem occurs with putty.. i think im going to just completely wipe my touch and re-jailbreak it. start clean b/c of alll the useless apps i downloaded haha.

    Are you sure it's not just that your ipod is going into sleep mode. Try putting it on 'never" for autolock.

    lol, I bet this is it. had that for a while too until someone mentioned, that friggin touch kills the wlan connection when it goes to sleep, unless you tell it not to.

    Yeah, just put the Auto-Lock to Never.

    Also, when I tried to connect to my touch, I used the wizard in WS_FTP.
    And at page two, you choose connection type "SFTP/SSH", and fill
    in the ip, user & pass. Then it connected for me.

    If you just put the adr and stuff into the topline, it connect default
    to normal FTP mode.
