hey, I recently restored my ipod after it froze on start-up at the apple logo. i then jailbroke it again with ziphone and tried to connect to it through winSCP as I had been doing before but when I tried this an error came up saying: 'error listing directory var/root' and went on to say something about a file: 'arm-apple-darwin'. After this i used mobile finder to look through my files and found one called 'arm-apple-darwin' in '/' which I am sure wasnt there before. If anyone knows how to let me SSH my ipod again please tell me.

So you can't ssh when it hangs at the apple logo. Happened to me a while back, might have had that error but I was able to ssh in, in the end I had to restore.
