    If I had to choose between either, I would choose xWinpwn at the moment, since Winpwn doesn't work from what i hear.

    Command line xpwn > gui, though.

    What about the other GUI for xpwn. I can't remember what it was called. I couldn't get it to work though. It had a better GUI than xWinPwn.

    As for command line xpwn, I didn't even try it, looked too difficult

    sorry. i don't want to sound like a noob but what would the difference be with xwinpwn and winpwn? like after jailbreaking your ipod/iphone.

    xwinpwn = Awesome
    Cmw = Fails (At the moment xD)

    Got it to work on the first try and I've heard winpwn doesn't allow you to create the ipsw.

    Well winpwn worked great for me (vista) and you can put custom bootlogos and stuff in your firmware. But if i wouldnt get winpwn to work i would choose xwinpwn of course. I would recommend for waiting the fix for winpwn for xp and some vista users too, if its really coming tomorrow. I think you can live one more day without jailbroken ipod, can you

    Basically the only difference at the moment is that Winpwn allows for custom boot/restore images
