If you are using QuickPwn, switch the icon in WinPwn to "Custom", and then it will build the custom firmware. Then just place the iPod into DFU, shift-click restore, and then you should be on 2.0.2 with Cydia (Or Installer depending on preference)

Or you may not be running QuickPwn correctly or there is an error in the program.
(Right now, I just installed WinPwn and it's building the custom firmware)

Also, all this should be done on your desktop, so no wireless should be needed until you obtain Cydia or Installer which wifi will be needed to install apps from there.

    Question:

I have had jailbroken my iPodTouch with QuickPwn, then I have Cydia, Winterboard, and Installer in it. So what is the point if I make a custom firmware again? Is it will back up those 3 app if I make a custom firmware now?

No, the only purpose of a the custom firmware is convenience for me. Instead of having to do all this with QuickPwn, I just place the iPod into DFU and restore with my custom fw.

    All user opinion really.
Also, the only thing it backs up are the boot logos.
(You can also increase the size of the partition)
