WinPwn 2.0.0.3 will not build the .ispw

    Here is exactly what is happening:

    Canceled because it keeps saying that it cannot build the .ipsw. Can anyone help me with this?


    Update: Fix



    Here is the fix guys. You cannot divert the folder where the custom Firmware will be held. You just have to let it store where the program tells you to.

    that's what bricked my iPod! it looked like that!

    then my iPod shut down, and well... you know

    I guess that bug is still there. Even though my iPod did not get bricked, it keeps happening.

    you dont need the ipod connected when you make the ipsw. so how did it screw your ipod then. winpwn doesnt touch your device. lol

    edit; wait.. maby i did have it plugged in. i dont think i did. hmmmm... the mystery begins

    Huh, that's interesting. I changed the file destination of the custom ispw on each version of winpwn to my desktop with no problem. Maybe it's a difference in the OS, since I have vista and you, XP?

    OK. Now I am getting error 6 after I try to shift-restore. I am in DFU Mode and Have Pwned itunes.
