WinPwn 2.0.0.2 Error6/160.x fix

    WinPwn 2.0.0.2/3 fixes

    Ok so i finally was able to jailbreak my 3g iphone. I initially had the 2.0.0.1 winpwn and i got error 6 when i was in restore mode and error 1600 when in DFU mode. Here are the fixes

    Thanks this worked. I was in some kind of weird DFU state and itunes didnt like it. Having it look "off" is what helped me get through the problems I was having.

    This didn't work for me, I got error 1602.

    You didnt get into true dfu mode. Did you wait three seconds to let go of the hold button?

    Since the first WinPwn i cant get it to reconize the firmware. It says 7/24/2008 11:01:03 PM - This is winpwn ver.:2.0.0.2 RC1

    Yes it's in DFU. It's in the black screen and is detected by iTunes.

    Should I try iLiberty to put it into DFU?

    this probably means you didnt press ipwner!

    make sure after you make the custom ipsw to click ipwner and select the custom ipsw you just made!

    same here after clicking ipwner da sw crashes...i m using vista
