I have recorded some movies on my Media Center(windows), and I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on how to convert those files to be compatible to put on iTouch.

Windows Media Center records in DVR-MS format. You need a converter to convert this format to mp4.

VideoReDo is one converted that does a pretty good job, although I'm sure there are others out there just as good.

The way that I do it is I use a program called DVRMSToolbox (easy enough to google). I like it because it will automatically convert all videos in a watched directory to mpeg and automatically remove the commercials.

Then you just need to convert it to h.264 with whatever converter you like.

It's not such a big deal if you use a video convertor, as others have suggested. But yeah, we badly need other video players for the iTouch. Personally, I'm waiting for Mobile VLC.
