I have a question. I have now an iPod touch (1G) with 2.1 FW, jailbroken and with cracked mobileinstallation (so I can use cracked IPA files).
If I upgrade FW to 2.2, would I still be able to use cracked IPAs, or I will have to wait for the new cracked mobileinstallation file?

    Thanks for answering me. ;D

what i did is restore fresh to 2.1 and then upgrade to 2.2 then jailbreak it using quick pwn.. you need to ssh or download the mobileinstallation file again in cydia.. the mobileinstallation file is compatible with 2.2 in cydia.. so it's not new or anything.

Your media doesn't get removed after updating and jailbreaking, but that's very weird that you still have themes..

    Glad to help.

Why does QuickPwn not recognize my iPod? iTunes recognizes it instantly!
