windows 7 works with itunes 9.2??

    When i try and sync my ipod touch to get music on my new computer, that has windows 7 it says, the sync could not be completed my device has timed out. When I plug in the usb it cannot recognize the device. Any ideas??

    It's 9.0.2, and it should work. I have Windows 7 64-bit, and syncing works just fine.

    i have 32 bit windows 7 beta and it works just fine here

    does your computer have internet access? if not it could be having problems because there is a usb driver that it needs to download to work correctly.

    Yes i have internet access and i know it is either itunes or windows 7 because the ipod works fine and it worked on a different computer.

    How do you know it's not your usb port or usb cable?

    Well the cable works on another computer and a different usb drive works on the computer. I am going to call the apple support people tomorrow and ask them what i need to do to get it to work because its really frustrating.
