So I installed Windows 7 recently, about 4 days ago.

First thing I did was get all my updates. Seamless download and install, no errors.

I then went and downloaded .net Framework 3.5.1, tried installing. Failed the installation with "'You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1""

Went and checked, I have no ".Net Framework 3.5.1" in the Windows Features box....

Also checked the C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework to see what was in there. There are 4 folders:

    v1.0.3705
    v1.1.4322
    v2.0.50727
    and v4.0.21006

No 3.5.1 anywhere...how should I fix this? I really don't want to re-install the OS.
