Ahaha sorry, my post was kind of b*tch-ish... Sorry for coming off as an ass haha...
But yeah, it was written for Vista so I don't think its the Vista virus that's causing it.

It just shows the apple logo for 5 mins, screen turns white for half a second, turns black for a min, shows apple logo again and repeats endlessly.

No I don't know what the problem is, I've been at work on my iPhone so I can't try it on my 2G yet.

Hopefully planetbeing gets it figured out though...

Good man, I'm still at work so I can't. Otherwise I would.
    Vista 32bit correct?

well i can comfirm that the vista 32 bit works on the new quickpwn
i just did a origanl restore and rejailbroke with quickpwn best jailbreak ive done on my ipod touch and ive tryed quickfreedom and redtools

quickpwn is fast dont have to go into itunes and no shift and restore witch is good
and no creating cusom firmware to take up space on your ipod
but still waiting for the GUI vierson and to get this out of beta testing

Did the running pineapple logo with the progress bar appear on the iPod screen? Did the process run to completion? If yes, there probably wasn't enough space on your iPod.

It seems that anyone who restores the FW then jailbreaks has no issue regardless of their platform. planetbeing can you confirm this?
